Most of the offices of the JPSO that deal with the public are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The district station offices and detective bureau are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Contact Headquarters at 504-363-5500.
If you need to report a crime or file a police report, you must dial 911.
